2023 AAP Landlord Dinner & Seminar

The Apartment Assistance Program was proud to present its first Landlord Dinner & Seminar of 2023.  Members learned about the many programs available to them and were apprised of new legislative updates that impact landlords, their properties, and their tenants.  Invited guests from PEPCO and EcoMize briefly discussed the benefits of free, quick home energy audits and other opportunities to increase efficiency within rental units.  A delicious dinner and dessert were provided courtesy of Busboys and Poets.  During and after dinner, AAP members networked with fellow landlords, spoke with our guests, and approached me with unique concerns and challenges that they face in today’s rental market.  They were thrilled to see that MHP offers a program to help landlords.
